| This unique, side swept tree stencil design gives you an element in your ceiling mural unlike any other! Great to be used as a "bush" type design in larger murals or as an interesting background element. Personally, I love it stenciled in our Stenciled Ceiling Urn. This stencil consists of the trunk and woody branches, you create the leafy portion of the design by first tracing the stencil overlays on to the ceiling in pencil to so you know exactly where you want to place your the leaves. Leaves are simply blotted with a sponge or paint brush (no stencil needed). I used a dark green for the center of this oval of leaves and then along the top I added lighter green to create a "sunglow" from above the design. Place the stencil over your pencil tracings and now stencil the trunk and you are done! Super fun and super easy! This stencil design can also be effectively used in wall designs. Look for other Tree Stencils or Ceiling Mural Stencils for ceiling design.
