Professional Faux Finisher,
Candie Green, wanted to give her client
something truly different and interesting.
Bringing in colors the client loved, Candie created random brush
strokes over a soft faux finish in green and pink to add detail to the
walls.
Applying one color above the other gave the walls a really unique look.
What a fun project to do in any room. It's certainly a lot less
expensive than wallpaper, yet still gives the room that beautiful effect.
Isn't it just amazing what you can achieve with a paint brush and wall
paint?
Designers tip:
Try incorporating colors you already have in the
room. For instance, favorite colors in a piece of artwork, area rug or
pillows.
Or how about simply using variations of your wall
color in more neutral tones such as beige, browns, gold, rust or taupe?
