Introducing My Family

There's something that rubs off on you when you grow up with an artist Mother who can do just about anything from fix a car to sew a man's lined, 3 piece suit from scratch, to paint a baroque style nude painting that seemed to reach out and take you within it's scenery. That's my Mother Fay Forsythe.

It did rub off...it rubbed off on each of her 6 children. I became a wall stencil designer, I taught sister Spring Meese the business and now she uses her drawing talents to do the same.

Brother Jason is a well known auto airbrush artist, Sister Joyce was developing faux finishes long before they were in style with articles such as feathers and twine... Jeannie is a talented writer who's life keeps getting in the way of being published, but one day she will be the novelist of the century...

And then there's precious Lynn. Lynn first applied her art in frosting as a cake decorator but once she hit the walls and ceilings there was no stopping her.

She used one of sister Spring's designs and with some modifications, came up with a fascinating ceiling pattern for one of her clients.

Deep rich brown creates the backdrop for gold stenciling inside of this dome. The gold was used to coordinate with the stunning fixture that hangs below.

What I wouldn't give to take you on a tour of Lynn's beautiful home in sunny New Mexico where walls are adorned with her hand painted creations and her decorating style is to be seriously copied!
