Real Metal Leaves Creates and Elegant Raised Tree Design

Kitty Ariza and I have spent more time on the phone and through email discussing her many, many plaster projects that it would seem we have known one another for years!

Kitty's latest adventures include a twist on our  Raised Plaster Aspen Tree Stencil

Like me, Kitty loves the elegant look of gold. She plastered the trunk and mini side branch of our Aspen Tree but then added REAL metallic leaves to the design that graces her staircase wall. If I remember right, she purchased them at the craft store.

The leaves pick up the light form the chandelier and add such a sense of opulence to this curved staircase wall.

The deep beige color she used as her wall color offsets the gold with perfection! I love the look and always look forward to more calls from Kitty as she executes her fabulous ideas on the walls of her beautiful home.
