A Client's Music Room Comes to Life

As a professional Faux Finish Artist, it's the job Sandra Fernandez to create beautiful spaces in her clients homes that are unique and elegant.

Sandra's client wanted to dress up her music room with a design no one else had.

Using our Raised Plaster Music Notes Stencil and actual sheet music, Sandra created a beautiful collage of music for the client that featured a soft faux background on the walls.

I would love to see more of Sandra's work. Creativity like this, just isn't limited to one home!

Designer's Tip:

Want sheet music on your walls without actually applying the paper version?

Scan sheet music in to your computer (or find a photo on the internet), import it in to your photo software and reverse the image so that it reads backward, then print the largest, clear version possible.

Photo copy the image. Apply "transfer medium" on to the wall then place the copy ink side down on to the surface and rub gently so that it adheres firmly.

After 24 hours, take a wet sponge to the surface of the paper and soak it then gently peel the paper off the surface.

Your wall background color will now show through the sheet music transfer.

Seal with a light spray of artists fixative to protect it.
