Is there a cure for the plaster addict? Don't ask me!

Scott Foreman learned quickly what the word "addict" really mean when he started decorating his home.

Ah... the emails that flew back and forth between Scott and I as he first began his plaster stenciling then progressed to become a real pro in no time!

It was fun listening to him as he often changed his mind about what he wanted to do and tried something new. The great thing about plaster stenciling is that it can simply be scraped off and started over if it's not quite what you want. As long as you haven't painted over it, it's completely forgivable and removable!

I would have loved to feature the photos of Scotts wallpaper and ceiling borders, but alas the photos just wouldn't show up here since the design is pure white and barely visible in the photos.

But check out Scotts woodstove where he put our Raised Plaster Bound Acanthus Stencil right on to the face of the woodstove. The design succeeds in making the stove look like one of the more expensive "designer" models!

Scott did a great job in his home. He worked hard to create a more ornate look while still keeping a "manly" feel to the decor.
