Faux Granite Counter Top

Karen Gaither started with the same standard kitchen design we have all experienced in our homes. Fine, but not spectacular or with any "style".

Blah Formica counter tops became exquisite and expensive looking "granite" with our Faux Granite Effects Stencil.

Her plain cupboards were painted darker to create a richness that now matched her new counter top colors.

She also decided to add more detail and design to the space between the counter tops and cabinets by applying a tile backsplash behind the stove with our

Raised Plaster Parisi Tile Stencil and our Raised Plaster Lattice stencil.

Adding the same Parisi design to the centers of the lattice drew the two designs together as if they were part of a "set".

This very creative woman, who is not a professional, succeeded brilliantly in turning her plain kitchen in to an Italian themed room that she now loves to hang out in.
