Linda Benson
and I have had a long standing relationship with a love of stenciling as a
common element for quite some time and I love it every time I hear from her.
What seemed like "not so long ago" to me, (but actually quite some time
ago) she sent me the photos of the Raised Plaster Tree she did in her living
room.
Linda and I have another thing in common. The appreciation of "tone on
tone" decorating when it comes to the plaster stencils. To me, there's
nothing more elegant than seeing the simple change in shadows, the
appearance of the design changing at different times of the day.... the way
it seems to come alive in the night with simple room light... shadows being
deeper and the design seemingly more pronounced.
Simple is sometimes the most beautiful and in Linda's living room, that
statement is obvious.
Thank you Linda! And keep in touch......
