Sabrina Barnett, never seems to
run out ideas! You can tell she's a plant lover by the loving lined pots in
the kitchen window which certainly must have led her to add vines and grapes
in raised plaster over and around her window. The colors help to tie in the brilliant tile backsplash behind the sink and bring the whole area together in an adorable way! Our Raised Plaster Grapes Stencil can be used to create free-form designs like Sabrina has so creatively done here. Simply plaster the vine to trail anywhere you wish then add grapes and leaves randomly for a design that is truly all your own. Once again our thanks Sabrina! Designer's tip: To color the design, my favorite way is to simply swirl my brush in to stencil cream paint, wipe off the excess then lightly swirl the paint over the raised design. Since the bristle head of the brush is flat, it's easy to get just the raised portion and not the wall behind if you use a super light touch.
