If you have ever been afraid to try an "overlay" stencil, it's time you learned about just how easy it is....

Simply, it's like coloring in a color book, except the holes in the stencil keep you from going outside the lines.

Overlays are simply "parts" of a design that have been put on to a separate "page" so to speak.

I used our "Rose Border Stencil" to create a beautiful and simplistic rose design around this canvas floor cloth.

Using stencil cream paints not only made it super easy and a lot less messy than bottled acrylics, cream paints also allow your fabric to maintain it's original "soft" feel, making it perfect for fabric pillows, clothing, curtains and any other textile item.
