Highly Ornate Walls With Just One Plaster Stencil!

We women tend to believe it is only our gender that can create beauty in the home. Boy, are we wrong!

Charlie Shunig doesn't take his decorating lightly! He takes the most ornate design we have to date: Our Raised Plaster Belinda Panel and creates a gorgeous design on the lower half of his walls! I love the pure white against the pale beige background. How elegant can you get?

Cheaper than any embossed wallpaper and certainly much more fun to install, plaster stenciling affords you the opportunity to combine designs, lay them out any way you choose and have time to scrape them off and start over if you decide that's not what you wanted after all! You can't do that with wallpaper!

Like many of us, Charlie discovered the cast plaster as well! In the photo above you will see our cast plaster "Painted Ladies" medallion below his wallpaper border near the ceiling. Charlie plans to do the entire room in them, spaced apart as he has done to give just the right amount of detail without over doing it. Thank you for the photos Charlie! On ultra intricate designs, scraping off all excess joint compound or plaster product from the stencil allows the intricate detail of the design to be more exact and prominent.
