Decorating with Stencils

Carol Mayberry creates a very stylish "Antique Bath" with Plaster Wisteria!

Some people just have an automatic "eye" for style. Carol Mayberry obviously is one of those people.

The wood, the antique tub and pedestal sink, the candles, scale and all of the little elements she's added to this room make it look like something out of Better Homes and Gardens Magazine! (I think she should submit it don't you?)

White plaster wisteria draping gracefully down those lovely beige walls creates a unique coordination to the room and such a beautiful final touch to her decorating project.

Stenciling with joint compound and not sealing it, in a room that has moisture isn't a problem except around an area where water will actually be "spashed" upon the raw plaster. In that event, simply seal with a clear, "non-yellowing" sealer. Ask your local home store or hardware store for brand recomendations.
