When I look at this design, I picture it in a connecting wallpaper effect over the entire ceiling of a powder room! I would paint the ceiling a slightly different color (pale, powder blue?) than the white plaster (but leave them white!) and watch the look on people's faces when they see it!

With it's pretty leaves and detailed styling, it makes a wonderful "surround" for small plaster cast ornaments such as round medallions or floral designs, especially on cupboards and closet doors.
