If you've been to my website enough times, you'll get the
hint that I'm a big acanthus leaf fan. Acanthus leaves were used heavily in
Victorian times as a design on furniture and walls. Partly because of their
uniqueness and elegance. This Raised Plaster Stencil features scrolling acanthus leaves that twist and turn in to a very detailed, beautiful border stencil design. Plaster this stencil over existing moldings to create than hand carved look of very expensive molding, surround your light fixture with it in a frame or rectangle lay out or use it as a border design against the ceiling and floor or at chair rail height. Lovely on furniture legs!
