I love oblong stencil designs. Why? Because they have so many options!

Completely encircle a light fixture with this stencil by pointing the rounded top toward the fixture and the pointed end facing outward. Repeat them in to a full circle to create the most stunning, ornate ceiling medallion.

Oblong stencils can be repeated in to borders around a room or mirrored to create a longer design on the front of your fireplace or over a doorway.

Remember that with all stencils, taping off a portion of the design (such as that center oval design) can give you a smaller, coordinating design to use in the center of cupboard doors or on furniture.

And don't forget that all of our Raised Plaster Stencils can be used with paint if you don't want a raised design. So don't limit yourself! Consider these stencils for pillows, the dust ruffle on your bed, as a center design down the middle of your comforter or on window shades and area rugs.
