Northern Idaho Home For Sale The Valley
What we call "The Valley" in this area, is the beautiful valley you see in the photo above and it's surrounding neighbors. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, the valley is home to 12 families. Each of the people in this family of neighbors are the sweetest, most giving people I've ever met. They plow the snow away from the driveway in the winter without us even asking...they bring us homemade treats, invite us to Valley pot lucks and fireworks shows at New Years, help us in whatever projects we are working on at the time but never intrude or make nuisances of themselves. And they are always quick with a smile, a wave and a handshake. People in the Valley take care of one another, look out for one another, keep an eye out for strangers who don't belong there which results in a very secure feeling, and have become great friends. This is how neighborhoods used to be.....it's just like stepping back in time. The best thing about them? A new neighbor is welcomed with open arms as we were.
