| This hydrangea
stencil is gorgeous and highly detailed with
all it's tiny blossoms seated upon the flower head. This stencil design is a
"create it the way you want it" design where the flower heads, leaves and
stem are all separated in the stencil so that you can put together a simple
hydrangea border or create a full blown life-sized Hydrangea bush just by
adding and adding!
Remember that hydrangeas come in colors of blues, pinks, purples, lavender and white so feel free to experiment with your favorite or create a new hybrid color of your own! The large flower head stencil is 5"x6", the small flower head with leaves stencil is 4 x 4 1/2", the woody stem stencil is 1/2" wide by 5" long (so it makes fabulous branches on which to add flowers! and there are 5 different leaves stencils complete with veining that range in size from 5 x 5" down to 2x2" so you get lots of variety! One leaf even has a curled side for realism! An easy stencil design to complete and tons of fun! Lovely on a sofa pillow! If you've never tried stenciling fabric, use the stencil creams! You can't even feel the paint in the fabric!
