The words, the emotion, and art of love

Thomas Remaley shared his project with me from the beginning...I felt completely honored.

He had a vision....a romantic gift for his beautiful, and very loved wife.

As an Alaska police officer, Thomas had never stenciled before but wanted to stencil a beautiful rose on their wall, under which he wanted to add a poem he had written for his wife....all as a lasting gift, and certainly as a tribute to her.

Through emails, we discussed the process...he told me of his vision and I helped instruct him on how to accomplish the task.

He did such a pretty job on the Florists Rose Stencil and underneath it, he wrote this poem:

A red rose speaks of passion, a white rose breathes of love

O' a red rose is a falcon, a white rose is a dove

So I give you this cream rose with crimson on it's tips

for the love that is the sweetest, has a kiss of passion on it's lips.

A true romantic at heart, a man in love, Thomas is that type of man that little girls dream of having as their husbands... a man who would dare to try something he'd never done before to express all that is in his heart for one very special lady.

How she must have loved it..... and "him".

We wish you both decades of bliss Thomas! Thank you for letting all of us be a part of such a sweet thing.
