Decorating with Stencils

Roses grow where angels descend and deliver beautiful babies like little Allison Doolittle

Denise Doolittle, a new mother and novice stencilist (though you sure wouldn't know it judging by the outcome of this project!) chose our China Corner Rose design to create a place of beauty for the arrival of her first baby.

Completing the Rose Design on the wall corners near the ceiling, she also used the same design on the baby's dresser to give the room a unique "designer" look.

I was delighted to see how she continued the bottom of the rose design with a slight "vining" effect achieved with a small paint brush and acrylic paints.

Her roses look absolutely hand painted!
The baby came safe and sound and now resides in this beautiful room created by the loving hands of her mother. Thanks for sharing Denise! Beautiful job!

We were delighted when Denise updated us with a special picture of precious little Allison

Designers tip:

Feel free to add your own special touches to your stenciled designs. This not only adds more interest and detail (such as pink veining on the rose petals, or turning the bottom of the stencil in to a twisting vine) but also makes the design truly "Yours" and you deserve something special!
