Simply return the un-used stencil within 10 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the stencil price. No questions asked. We want you to be happy. Please include a copy of your order or at least the date the order was placed so we can find you and credit your account. Your return can be mailed to us at: Victoria Larsen Home Decor, P.O. Box 10, Laclede, Idaho 83841 Molds are not returnable unless there is a manufacturers defect. (Simply for the same reason that CD's cannot be returned to the store since they can be "used" or copied). Shipping charges are non-refundable since these are paid directly to the carrier at the time of shipment. There are ALWAYS exceptions made in certain circumstances, so if you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us. We will be delighted to work with you.
